Now that Fellrunner is out, I hope that most interested parties have heard about the new U20 Championships. Please continue mentioning it to athletes, parents and coaches.
Information for the first race (Rivington) is in another thread in the juniors section. Entries are on-the-day only, and should be well organised and straight-forward. There will (I am fairly sure) not be any need to fill in extra forms.
For the races also in the Senior Champs, pre-entry is compulsory (Fairfield, Blisco), or recommended (Buckden Pike). So don't forget to enter! The races can fill up quite early, Fairfield being the most likely to be full.
As the entry forms don't have U20 category on them, put U23, and if you think of it, write U20 to the side as well. If you don't add U20, then the ROs (being super-helpful!) can work it out from the date-of-birth, so don't panic if you already sent yours in.
I certainly intend to be at the first 3 races (of which I will be running at Fairfield, although I am not running the whole of the English Champs this year). Can't wait to see how it all goes at Rivington! Meanwhile, no-one has been talking much on Facebook just yet..
