Hiya, Just noticed on the races section of the site that Middlefell has been cancelled. :confused:
Can anyone shed any light on this as to why? Was hoping to have a good run around this on Saturday.

Yeah, me too Kate. Conditions bad perhaps?
Could be that Steve Ashall, the organiser from previous years is no longer the keeper of the Screes. I see on the website it's under new ownership/management.
I can confirm that unfortunately the race is cancelled this year. I've posted a news item.

Aye, I know Steve no longer runs the Screes, so was thinking that this could be the reason, but a real shame.
