Actually that is the cheapest on the web at the moment, hefty or not.

A copy is availaible on ABE for about £90.00

I thought it was still available, could of sworn i saw a copy the other day. Must investigate.

:o A friend of mine lent me a copy in 2001; we've lost contact since and I've still got his/the/my book. Guess after all these year's he doesn't really want it back now...;)

I did send him a Christmas card a few years back....:o
