Help with bike stands...

Does anyone know what the stands are called for locking your rear wheel on a bike into so you can exercise without the bike moving?? and I believe you can adjust them as though you are on the flat or doing hill work.

For the life of me can't think what they are called.

This is a wind - up right?

Did anyone at work ever send you for a long stand?

No defo not a wind up Grouse. One of the staff from work has bought one and said it was superb. Forgot the name of the company they got it from.
