I was pretty chuffed that i managed to run all of the first climb to the top, felt pretty ill getting to the nick of pendle and going past the resevoir but felt abit better as the race went on.
The 2nd climb is a total beast, i probably could have run it but i decided i'd follow everyone around me and walked it.

Ian Holmes was certainly on a mission!!!!!


Cracking route, a little too hot at times:eek: and as ady said, that icy stuff after CP1 was abit of a pain, other than that cracking race.

This week i did 6150ft of climbing - ive never done anywhere near as much as that! (Might explain my tired legs:rolleyes:)

I have to be training hard you see, i cant be having you on my back again.
