I`m hoping it`s not hot come race day cause a lot of people will get bad heat exhaustion running up there,only did a 2 miler today and looked like gandhi at the end from all the sweat lose...! bangor 10k tomorrow is gonna be pain..

It won't be as hot next weekend. Today at Cader was fairly dire with folk bonking all over the place. You should be OK next week - just follow me!!!:)

Is it strait-forward finding the finish line once you come off the hills? My nav is not usually too bad apart from in built up areas

Last year it was flagged for about the last mile! It's the longest flagged section on the open fells I think I've ever seen. Credit to the organisers.

It has to be, Martin. I have a £10 bet on with Pat that it's going to be a nice day. She's never seen off the top of the Carnedds. It was a shade hot up Cader yesterday though wasn't it?

Why was it, then , that I succesfully navigated myself round the whole course in the clag (awful day last year) but then managed to completely miss the finish as I came into the town?
