Goal achieved easily at Pendle went just sub 50mins
Much harder today in Keighley sub 55mins. Could have raced a bit harder but it was a bit of fun and I was press ganged into it.
Saw Antisocial, he looked very serious.
All in all a good weekend.

Only run 25 times this year and 5 of them were races.
That cross training in the gym is giving good returns as the weight has also dropped by a stone since christmas.

5k Steady Row 22.20 mins (Legs are tender)
7x21 sit-ups
30 mins on Bike with middle 10 mins at 30 kph
Bury Bouldering wall...a few V5 and V6 routes
10 sets of 500m on rower all sub 2 minutes
then
7 sets of sit-ups 22 per rep
