I remember when you started and I was more rubbish than I am now. On the training runs I was a mile behind 3rd last and an (overweight) you were a mile behind me!! You deserved that "most improved" award on Saturday night.
I am not putting weight on but it is not coming off either!

Zone eating plan is also well worth a look if you can be arsed to really look at what you eat. Basically your days nutritional intake is 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fats across all your meals. Obviously there is a bit more to it than that. Paleo is another popular choice.
If people want to work out there calorie intake, look at various eating plans, and how to fit there calorie intake into them check out http://www.freedieting.com/

We'll see about that. As long as I'm not too late.
92kg, aiming for, lets say, 82kg.
It's the heaviest I've been for a couple of years. I did get down from 117 to about 85, but somehow the weight mysteriously crept back on...

Re: Overweight to Raceweight g
Well, I have no idea how much I weigh, but after seeing a photo or two of myself lately, I have decided it's time to shed a few pounds seriously! So, I'm joining my better half at Slimming World, which should give me a bit of motivation and direction. Who knows, maybe I'll even get round to my aim of doing a few classic fell races without being frightened of the climbing!

Re: Overweight to Raceweight g
Does anybody know if it is possible to do a html table in this editor, it would be nice to have columns for start weight, current weight, reduction, etc!
