Not me I'm afraid. I think there were two Penninis that came by bike. I'm afraid I bottled out of riding over.

Well I jogged to the start from home (2+ miles), ran what felt like the hardest race I've ever done with my local GP, who was the sweeper cos yes...I was last :o. Took me 82 mins, which was longer than I'd hoped but I felt dehydrated, with it being so hot. Kept two blokes in sight & though I caught them up a little on the down hills, not enough to pass them. Walked home to stretch my legs off, so covered about 10 miles today, so a good day. Didn't see anyone who might be on here but then I don't know who I'm looking for. Hope you all had a good race anyway?
I think I saw you BB, atleast it was someone looking like your avatar but with sunglasses on. Just before te start thought so didn't get the chance to say hello
Yes I had my shades on. Did you cycle over Paul? I was soo jealous of cyclist's on the walk home but had nothing left in my legs to even think of getting out on mine
Yes, I rode over. Mostly seemed a good idea, until the last hill up to my house which is 1 in 4.
Today, I was on a titanium omega road bike
That was a cracking race, thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks to the organisers/marshals etc.
I seem to have been missed off the results though - Mark Hobbs (MS, Dark Peak, think my race no. was 131). Time on my watch was 48.25 so think I've just been misnamed as 'Dom Carrol'? (45th finisher)
EDIT: There's another Dom Carrol on the results list, 139, so that seems likely.
Im going to bob down for this one on Sunday is anybody else?
Hoping to do it, but not looking likely as we move house on Friday
