I have not been ill since early January (im not counting that as within a month of starting my streak)so the running every day definitely helps with keeping well.

In my mind I was hurtling along DT :)

The year was passed yesterday, although i have been doing 1 - 2 miles each day for the last week due to a sore knee after hammering round my Ten Trigs route last week. Its starting to get better so hopefully i can continue my streak.
