The new CP at Kinder Low provides interesting route choices for the run to the finish! What's your
plan?

To stay on the fell until well after Grindslow Knoll, and enjoy a day out on the fell.
I am assuming it is still a 'fell' race and has not been re-classified as 'trail'.

Going out Tuesday or Wednesday next week if any one wants a last look.

Ian - might join you, depending on how I get on tomorrow! Which section are you planning?

No snow to speak of on Kinder or Bleaklow yesterday. Fairly confident of the route up Withins Clough & from Wain Stones to Snake Pass via Higher Shelf.

Is it now definite that Kinder Gates is out of bounds on race day?

Probably 95% unless there is a very hard frost for a few days

Andy could go any where as long as I go over Kinder. either from Edale or Snake whatever is easiest

Just after Crowden, where is the best place to take photos because EVERYBODY will take that particular route?

There isn't a route choice away from that? Roughly, what time would you expect the first runner to be there? Thanks for the info Rodders.
