Here's a mad idea if the weather is nice. How about everybody who is coming brings summat to sling on the Barbecue and we have a meal after at ours? Ride will last, say, 3 to 4 hours at an easy pace and then a bit of a sit down and a yap after.

That's a bit of a shame as I was kind of thinking then, meself.
I would like to get down for a stage of the TDG but I think it's a little too far to go for just a days ride and Darwen is much nearer!!
