Thanks for sorting me with number. As it's past bedtime, I don't expect any more posts but one of these is still spare unless I can convince one of my travelling companions to take it up, assuming he's recovered sufficiently from 30 miler (South Downs Way?) last Sunday.
I now need to do the number justice and complete my first Borrowdale of this century.

Please can you help me. I ALWAYS take JBs on long races with me, but I have gone in my cupboard and there are none!

If you are out on the course, please can I have some. Would really appreciate it!
