40 minutes on the turbo trainer
60 minutes splitting wood
2 mile bog trot over some local fields, first run since Trollers injury problems and all went well so fingers crossed it's mending nicely
8 miles and 2000ft of ascent on the forest trails behind Dent, first "proper" run after spraining my ankle last month (I've done about three slower runs to test it out in the last week)
Felt good to be moving fast again but what a shock to the legs! Last time I did this run early Feb legs felt as if I'd done nothing afterwards, just now feels like I've been given two dead legs :o
At least I'm back :D
22miles and 5200ft ascent. Really rather windy.
5 mile hill reps session this morning, 6 1/4 mile efforts in approx 1:30 each with a mile or so warm up/warm down either side. Felt good to get out, first hard session since injuring myself at Trollers so happy with that. Could've done with a steeper hill but such as life eh, if I got out of bed earlier I would've had more time to choose ;)
About 7 miles last night from langsett, a bit wild but put some effort in.
Did a gentle 6 miles around the roads last night. really plesed to clock 41 mins having not run for 3 months and seem to have little aggrevation of my hip injury today. Not counting chickens but might make Wolfs Pit yet!!
