1.5 miles in the pool a.m followed by my usual 8.2 mile run around Baildon, Bingley & Burley Moor. Felt great & knocked 3 mins off my p.b.
6 miles up to Howden Edge taking in the roving box at sunset, magical evening run
Sun- Heptonstall 15mile 3,500ft climb
Mon- X-trainer 20mins, spin bike 15mins recovery, then 30 mins circuits.
Tue- 4 mile 30mins easy/steady am, follwed by 60mins weight training, then 3.5 mile hill reps 30 mins.

I went for a run this morning round the centre of Manchester. Thought I should get myself accustomed to the area since I will be working here now. Saw some shops, bars, restaurants, cathedral, gallery... And then nearly tripped over a man being wheeled out of Tescos on an ambulance receiving emergency CPR! :confused:
sure has Jan. trying to sort the garden out this morning. butterflies, bees, blossom and sun burn! 12 months ago there was snow on the ground round here on the run up to the Skyline.
