North Manchester has had a light coating too Alf. Nothing to write home about but enough to bring that there London to a standstill right enough.

a good couple of inches above Holmfirth this morning. Out filming with TV about the MR
like an ice rink outside, a nice frosty covering here at foot of endle, can't see to the top of the hill for the full depth nor can i flutter my wings to get up there(past it these days)
Thigh deep in places on An Sgargoch yesterday, Glenshee had a decent covering for skiing today as well!!
Fantastic snow on top of Malham on Friday.... and it'll be even better now having snowed twice since

Just wondering if anyone in Manchester has seen the lesser flashy lighted big yellow gritting lorries out at all today knowing its going to be the coldest night of the year and the roads are already freezing over and very slippery?
Bloody hell it's really bad out there now - the paths are like dancing on ice - but without the glamourous girl dancers showing you how to fall gracefully :thunbdown:
