Now up to 20m/4h runs; reasonably comfortable. Trying to do them unfuelled, get to about 2h30 and need a few jelly babies but otherwise ok. If you're not familiar with unfuelled training then this is worth reading
but if you want to discuss it then please start another thread, don't hijack this one!

I'm going to start doing some back to back runs after xmas (initially 3h/2h on consecutive days), get in some 25m/5h runs, then increase the back to back to about 4h/3h. Realistically that'll probably take me to mid-feb, when I can take stock and see where i stand. I'm entering anyway but I'm not interested in starting unless I'm pretty confident of getting round.
