our company sometimes runs 24hr operations and one of the main ops is plate drilling
this lad in question is the fastest plate driller in this industry and he knows it, problem is he earns lots of cash but him and his missus like to spend it
they get on the drink and stuff and all hell breaks loose.
problem is if he is off, production is affected and i try and help out if i can as i am getting paid.
in theory i was getting paid to run the fell race yesterday but i sorted out some cover.
lets just say that if i can keep them off the drink and drugs etc etc things run smoothly.
really though im just a paid agony aunt :(
