Morning everyone. I am at work for the second time this morning

Had to be in at 9am for some training but i got here ..realiseditistomorrowmorningnotthismorning.. :o

ah well! it meant I could go home and make some lunch instead of having to buy it from mister nibbles :D

hurry up lunchtime, I am off for a run :)

mr nibbles is our sandwich man and he makes very nice sandwiches indeeed :) and salads for that matter and he also brings cakes but I am good and don't look at those

ive just had a cornflake cake made by one of our ladies little girls, not quite as good as emm's but i wasnt complaining

cake is cake after all :D

i ahve had no cake but i did eat some cheesy wotsits earlier.
