Two runs before 9 this morning: up at 5 for a 1.8mi round the (quite hilly - 220ft) block with the missus, then over to Pendle for a hill sesh with someone I know off Twitter. 7.57mi, 2,055 climb, 1:45:14, first two climbs with headtorch.

5k nice and easy, last of my easy runs, back into full training from Saturday
A short walk round the fields exploring with friends, after a night in!!
First very, very, gentle trot after 6 weeks off with a very painful SI joint and a bout of flu, really nice to get out and have the wind and rain in my face. Only had to walk one hill (to pass a horse ) albeit my running speed was not much quicker but at least I managed it and I'm hoping I am on the way back fingers crossed.

Started to build up from today, have been just ticking over for last month because of decorating, so it was good to go out and do some hill reps.
Great day out with running pal up in the hills behind Whinlatter practising our (new) navigation skills. Found our way up and over Lords Seat, Broom hill, Kirk fell in an insane gale which we'd thought we'd have at our backs and where totally wrong!! Proper giggle-fest.
Don't normally post on this thread but just wanted to share - a run over Ilkley Moor from Silsden end, wet, windy cold and boggy. At last I almost feel like a fell runner again!
And now back to tiling the damn kitchen...
