8 miles up on moors around Winter Hill. Full on blizzard conditions on top. Twas most excellant, especially when i ran past a walker who was done up to the nines in all the gear, as i ran past he shouted, " ya must be bloody mad ! "

10 and half miles from Woodhead back to Glossop over Bleaklow - proper snow until last descent off Glossop Low. 5 Glossopdale girlies and one dog! Great fun on a Sunday afternoon.
3miles on treadmill in hotel gym. Quite enjoyed it :o
6 * 500m reps, a bit wet and slippy, but still enjoyed it.
2 short runs today, before and after work. Couple of miles each, managed to head out into a bit of blizzard in shorts this evening.... couldn't turn back as the dog was extra keen for a run tonight (daft animal! It's freezing)
35mins swimming then out onto the freezing roads (it's all I got!) with damp hair for 11 miles, including a club 6 miler.
Been for a short run tonight with my dog, it seems to have forgotten saturday's 18 miler when it slept for hours after, daft animals but you've gotta love em.Quote:

Good run up on towards Grinha last night from Kingstree(road end at ladybowyer) no head torch needed on a clear cold night with a bright moon, ...Then the blizzard whipped in stinging our faces as we fell thigh deep in to snow filled groughs..
An early return to the pub to find some Pennine runners on a HPM raid/reccie in the pub carpark, being friendly Yorkshire folk we inviting them in to drink some yorkshire beer...Hmmm blonde
