A two mile plod up and down the Wessenden Valley. First run out for 28 days due to illness. Now to do the 12 days of Christmas. Day 1, 2 miles, day 2, 3miles etc.
Got to get back up for the Trigger.
Good blast in woods today with dog - about 4 miles then 5* 60 second uphill blasts. Felt about a stone heavier after yesterday and had lovely heartburn for most of it. 6 glasses of port'll do it!
Cracking run out on Farnhill Moor with Sam today c4ml / 800ft. Only got mildly lost once (I'm not used to be up there in the light) :o
Nice 3.3 miler back home from the shoulder of West Nab. Ran through a litter of piglets that had escaped their pen.
8.5 miles 1900' round Turnslack Fell Race Course. Very boggy up there at the moment and I was very slow round after 2 days of overdoing it :D
2.5ml or so round village on road with Stef
5.1 miles along the river. Day 6 of the road to ruin.
Good club run out yesterday, the hills where busy. Many people with a need to burn of some mince pies
10.6 windy miles from Menston, over to Baildon, past The famous Woolpack, through the woods & back to Menston. Tom Adams left me for dead on the hills & made me feel every one of my 40 years.
