3m walk with dog, hard enough walking in the wind, never mind running. Just got back back before the heavens opened with all sorts of Winter gubbins. Sat here looking out the window and feeling for anyone out there on the hills, especially them TanCatters.
a tad under seven miles around the Wessenden Valley, trying to spot the Tan Catters. 500 ft ups in 58:20. Very windy and wet.

Somewhere in the storm going north from Corney Fell, West Cumbrian fells, today. Bit blustery.
5.75 miles 1150' up to Stoodley Pike and back. Wind was in my face on the climb making it difficult but when I got close to the Pike it was so strong it stopped me in my tracks and I had to edge sideways till the Pike gave me a bit of shelter. Very fast descent though with the tailwind :D
6.75 miles 95' in and around our house and the Solway (English side!) Did well to get out I thought it was raining and blowing a hooley!! A claimed 778 calories burnt!!!....I hope so I defo need to lose a few! :)
Great run out after work, cold and crisp with crystal clear skies, especially on the northern end of the run. The white mounth looking particuarly dark in the north, a proper joy to be out on the hill!
really grim in the Lakes yestermorrow so we ended up in Kendal climbing wall all afternoon. Even though it was really busy it was a good time spent by all with much merryment and seasonal joy.
6.2 miles 1072' Pilgrims Cross race route starting from the White Horse. Wet, muddy, foggy, brilliant :D
