5 miles last night at as I'm guessing what you'd call a tempo run although my tempo is considerably slower:o
5 miles in 40 minutes which gives me a 10km target ime of 50.20 - wanting to break sub 50 on sunday (my 1st 10km!) not looking likely :confused:
