I've put three pounds on in last month or so :o
Don't dare weight myself after this weekend :o
2 x fried breakfasts, camping weekend, 30th birthday party, and a Take That gig where we were so keen to get our prime location seats we were forced to fill up with fast food to make sure we had enough energy to dance and sing all night :closed:
I've put about 4lb on since my last recorded weigh in :o
I think as I've dropped my mileage but carried on eating the extra calories! :p
Reading this thread makes me hungry.

Off for a full English followed by custard creams for pudding.
Sardine sandwiches here. Stale bread left over from last week and a tine of sardines I found in my filing cabinet / larder :closed:
I've been drinking less, running more and I'm putting weight on!! I'd like to say it's obviously because muscle ways more than fat, but my fancy fat measuring scales tells me it isn't muscle! :thunbdown:
