I am going to make some food, make my overdue phonecalls and have another rest day, after all, I ran hard at the relays and 45 minutes of jogging out in the dark and wet is not going to make much difference to my fitness for Everest Mara...
Too late, i regailed the doormen with stories of my gladiatorial fellrunning accomplishments and they naturally moved aside with due grace. Anyway, i've bought a drink now so i'm staying to use the crapper whatever. I'd give it a few minutes after i make my way out if i were you.

Which book?
Erm, er, ooh! What's that over there...

Oh well... just have to help myself.
