I really wish I'd weighed at the beginning of last week as I was definitely lardier and it would have made my weight loss more impressive :) Anyway, I'm already heading in the right direction but am currently a few ounces under ten stone so you could say 140lbs. I'd like to reach 133lbs but am not sure if that is realistic but stick it down anyway, you never know!

OK. Table updated and I've added a couple of columns. The first is the initial percentage of bodyweight you were looking to lose. The second is the current percentage of bodyweight you are looking to lose.
If anyone has fancy scales that give percentages for fat and water and has a target for body fat percentage, I can adjust the table to accomodate. :)
Put me down - I'm 170lbs at the minute and my target is 160!!!
(I started my own spreadsheet at home the week before last when I was actually 171lbs so I've already shed a pound of blubber)
