Thought I could offset the cost of the mortgage against it, but you can't its only the interest on it, thankfully that was most of the mortgage at the time but think I might get a kicking for not declaring it etc.

Phew, just spoke to the accountant, eh seems to think I might have made a loss on the property which could be used as a reason why I didn't inform them!
I can offset the interest on the mortgage, 10% wear and tear and buildings and contents insurance!!!

Panic over, well feeling a bit better now!!!
