Absolutely lovely day for running today! Went to our cow Molly (local ice cream maker) for the afternoon with the family, then ran the 4 miles home. Nothing big or spectacular, just a great day to be outside.

A nice 13 miler. Up the old PW from Marsden to Black Hill, down to Wessenden Head, a cup of tea at the butty wagon, then up West Nab and home. 1800 feet ups in 2hrs23. V warm at the finish.
A wonderful run out from the Drumochter pass on the way home from Aviemore, rounding off a half decent week at 51 miles and 13000ft ascent.
A near perfect day
15m with dog, bloody warm, nice river bath at the end for both of us:w00t:
Loads of Ramblers out, not as many as a typical night on the forum though!
8ml / 1500ft-ish over the Beacon and Round Hill for me in the sun. Shorts and purple Pony vest worn. Stunning afternoon for a run out
Short but very tough session today. Pushed the pram up to hope cross from hagg farm, a steep and very rocky bridleway. Even harder on the way back, more like circuits than running. Ruben loved it though, and seemed to enjoy rattling his tambourine at the skyline runners passing!
coniston village to top of old man and back in a midge over the hr
then mouldry bank for a warm down (sat)
easy 4m today over the lower fells
loving this weather
Having few days off running to allow hip to settle down:thunbdown: .Physio said fell walking was ok though so did 15miles/6000 ft around the Buttermere fells in the sunshine. Life's not so bad after all:).
I had a bad hip a while ago and wasted some money on a chiropractor before just giving it time and doing some stretches. Let me know if you want to know what they were or anything.
Did 14 miles yesterday. Sometimes runs leave you feeling revitalised. Yesterday it just finished me off and I was shivering at the end. Wiped me out for the day! That sort of thing's rare, though.
Did 3k easy test run on Saturday, no bad re-action, so I will try 4k tonight and if all is well, will start training again
