not motivated ! A couple of the lads in the small hamlet I live in are runners, and if it wasn't for them dragging me out it would be less than that. Pity really cos once i'm out I love it.
Only run to and from work once this half term - will have to get back into that routine after half term.

Stop scrabbling and get out running then.
