recce of the great lakes run from old dungeon ghyll, met 3 lads recceing for their bg rounds on the top of bowfell and ran a bit with em so did a couple of extra peaks, lll crag and broad crag and parted company on scarfell approx 14.5m and 7000ft+. good weather, good day!

11.5 miles and and just shy of 4500ft ascent, nice little run out.

17m/3000ft from Ripponden over to Bacup, crossing the border into Lancashire the weather went Pete Tong, normal for Lancs i suppose:closed:

Nice run up to Bare House and over Grassington moor this tea time did not see anyone absolutely brilliant.:D

Hour over Ilkley Moor this evening combining part of the Rombalds Stride route and the Ilkley Fell race route. Good bit of climbing and finished with a 7min/mile from the pancake stone all the way back along the ridge and down the face of the moor parallel to coldstone ghyll. Didn't see a soul

Intended to do the 3Ps today, but it's been a hard week so got the train (really - it costs £2.50) from Horton to Ribblehead and just did Whernside and Ingleborough instead. 14.5 miles, dunno about height gained, maybe 3,500-ish.

7 miles flat xc in driving wind and rain following a10 hour drinking session yesterday and a 5.30am start. Once the champagne started flowing it wouldn't stop ...

Been on my jollies, but have run 4-5 miles each day. Three nice runs up the local volcano, around the rim, down to the crater etc.

Very steady 14km last night, second half with headtorches. Took about 1 1/2 hours, but did spend most of the run talking. Just beat the nasty weather Back, don't think I'll be out tonight!
