The focus is back on after a month or so of relatively relaxed eating and drinking. I've just eaten an apple :closed:
I'm focusing about as well as Ray Charles at the minute. It's not good. Expecting a gain at the next weigh in, and I blame Duvel and Italian cured meats. Oh well at least it's been enjoyable putting on the pounds ;)
Made sandwiches for lunch with left-over Indian from the weekend (two different chicken dishes plus peas pillau). Only spread a tiny amount of butter on bread so okay I think :closed:
Bill Berries have been a big feature of my diet this week - best crop in years (was that the hot April or the wet June?)
Just tucked in a second helping of Bill Berry crumble (picked on moors on last night)
Justified by calories used to find/pick (can't claim credit for baking)
I have had a veg pot and a low fat yoghurt... I am still hungry :sneaky:
I've gained for sure. So I'm going to eat whatever I want until weigh in, and then get back on it. That's how I'm talking myself into having a very large helping of the home made rice pudding my wife is currently making :)
