Quick 6 miles down the River Kent with the dog tonight. Nice run but calf feels bit tight after AW race at weekend.
8ml / 1400ft up and over the Beacon, to Round Hill and back. What a lovely night for a run out! :thumbup:
Legs a bit tight from the weekend and didn't feel up to intense hill session, so did a nice 7.5miles around the lanes and backwaters of Harrogate (Burn Bridge). Saw a rather excellent sunset .... ran harder than I thought I was going to as well!
Club run last night about 11k down into Esholt woods and over to Spring woods up to Hawksworth over the Odda and back into Nunroyd Park.
6 reps of Mt.Airey and 3 of Brantingham dale wall on Monday, about 1600ft+ asc/desc in 6.25m.
Tues - Easy 3.35m run around East Park and East Hull streets to get new ultra 12 pack sitting right.
12m bike to work and back, 2.5m run up Beacon Hill, like Stolly said on the Fellsman thread you can't beat getting muddy legs:thumbup:

Coniston Old Man with the club tonight. Really wet and windy at the start but running up the ridge from Brim fell had one of those magic moments when the cloud just blows over and got the most amazing views towards Morecambe Bay. Wind stopped on the top too. Bizarre. Followed by a pint in the Sun Inn :thumbup:.
