Well done Xrunner. It sort of looks a bit like the football Premier League table

Hehehe, and what did I do? I went and ran a orienteering/mountain marathon type race this morning. Or rather, my partner and I jogged round it, as I had after all already run and cycled hard yesterday and had another ride planned today. He also had some training that took priority.
Hilariously, we came in first pair on the medium course and walked away with a bottle of wine each :)
Anyways, ankle was fine, so happy...
Alas, the Edale recce is on the day of my first cycling race and in the evening I should have my track accreditation at last... so can't make it :( Have to say, am impressed with how cycling fitness translates to the fells... :)
Oh and please don't mention this posting thing... I have rather a high post count on another running website, even though I don't spend much time there anymore these days...
You must be close to 50,000 by now??
I don't know, I don't spend much time there anymore... I divide my time between here, www.Runsaturday.com with it's excellent logging facilities and ergh, well, my bike, I ride my bike, a lot :)
I can now also run on the fells again :)
Oh and I have had to work rather harder lately as well... most of my posting happens during work time... or used to...
45298... :o
I didn't realise we had so many fans! There's a whole range of clothing out there for fell pony lovers...:)

Hehehehe... there are alwasy MANY pony lovers about, I find...
Hmmmm... < ponders about a t-shirt... >

Have you all seen this ponies? An excellent step forward in the right direction if my understanding would be deemed to be correct.
No moaning here, I am a meber of a fell only club... Mind you, I don't run on the road anyway, never, ever again... :D
Indeed... that is exactly why I have said NEVER again to road running...
Mind you, fell running I have managed to dislocate a shoulder and rip some ankle ligaments... but they are different injuries! I much rather dislocate a shoulder rolling down a hillside than tear a calf muscle pounding the streets of Amsterdam running a marathon... :D
right, day off work tomoz, travelling up to cottage at secret location nr Dufton
to recap:
Fell Ponies At High Cup Nick:
AK
Daz
Deejay if AK gives him a a lift
anybody else decided to do it...?
Daz,,,,,,,, had to pull out of High Cup Nick, family committments popped up and cannot swing it, if it had started on the morning i would have been ok.
"Life is what happens while you are busy making plans" to quote John Lennon.
We will meet soon enough,,,, CJ another NE pony will probably be there though, DJ is missing a lift but he is hopping about at moment anyway.
Met CJ at Ilkley, a thoughly nice chappie, who's not on the internet, so we can say what we like! He actually admits to knowing AK, so he can't be all there :p

The Fell Phony vest makes another appearance at Cloud 9
It's a wonder that you can find any vest that fits, given that you appear to have four arms!
Got stuck doing the crossword at work today............5 down "Surrender" Something, something eld:confused:
Think its one for Ambrosia Kid:D
Just to confirm a grand day out for the Ponies at High Cup Nick, with myself, Amex and CJ finishing in the nether reaches of the field
also a sighting of "Honorary Pony" Marcel who, though lame, gamely supported from the sidelines
got a "BG chunk" recce this Friday (Dunmail to Bowfell), then my next race is looking like Ras yr Aran on Mar.21st...
Amex, did this race, he kept that quiet, wish i had been able to do it. Daz are you attempting BG anytime soon? CJ raced again the next day at Commondale, hero! I had to be happy with an early morning cycle ride with him off the tele, I faired better than last week, lungs did not fall out over handle bars this time. Did a run at Reeth on Friday and 50m bike ride yesterday, what have you lot been up to, the stable looks to be a bit quiet at mo.
