It was a club championship hill race yesterday, TheHeartfell horse shoe, 10.5 miles, 2900ft of climbing, I came in second althoughdidn’t run as well as I would have liked. Never mind, upwards and onwards the beer that I won will go down well.

A 13.2m 3200ft trot out this morning, still feel rubbish but a good day out nonetheless
Beautiful morning in the Lakes today. The girlfriend and I had a great run from Hartsop over Grey Crag, Thornthwaite Crag, High Street, Rest Dodd, The Nab, Brock Crags and Angletarn Pikes. Got a few new Wainwrights there. I'm hoping to get them finished this year... should get me out running over some new, interesting ground. Inadvertently clocked up 10,000ft of climb this week. The legs are starting to feel a bit better after the BG.
First run out for nearly a month. 9 miles and 1200 feet up and down. Good to be back.
Saturday, 14k over to The Nick and across Ilkley Moor good run bit muddy in places, Sunday 6k steady run up Parsons Lane(green lane) felt strong, so another good run, might catch DT up at this rate.
A litle sunny lunchtime run today 8 miles 1400' . The Canada geese were waiting for me, hissing again, and this time they weren't going to get out of my way so I had to do a detour around them.
