Ingleborough Fell Race

Well, as I sort of expected this turned into my worst race for a number of years. Absence of training on holiday followed by a reluctance to start training again properly when I got back = p*ss poor performance made even p*sser by pulling my hamstring a couple of minutes into the descent resulting in a sluggish jog/hobble back to the gala field.

Thanks to all involved in putting on the race - slightly strange comment when I asked at reg what the required kit for the day was and got told 'whatever you want'.........................
