me too, making Christmas cakes in the morning, don't tell Emmy she'll be after one...
Goodnight I need my beauty sleep ............... wake me in a few weeks time ;)
Time to get the rock out of here. Laters potaters.
Time to trot off to bed.
Ive started reading feet in the clouds again.
It really inspires me in my fell running, last night i was all hyped up about one day attempting a BG. But me being the eternal pessimist that i am, i doubt i'd manage it - especially when i cant even run a 15 mile fell race without getting cramp.
Off to bed, night... :)
Your only young Al, you've got years ahead of you, your running at a good pace now, the endurance will come with age, be patient, and keep going through the pain barrier. I got cramp after 20 miles of the Haworth Hobble but still finished (33 miles) my training for that had been a shambles, personal problems, lack of miles due to piles (not joking) most i'd run leading up to it had been 15 painful miles, but i got it into my head i was gonna finish no matter what, so i could have a smoke at the end:eek:
If a lumbering, lazy, fat b@st@rd like me can dream, so can you.
Off to bed to dream of a smoke free Merrylegs;)
