Fra calendar/handbook

Slightly worried me last night when i was having a read through the calendar.
Races that i want to do all have ER/NV/LK/and what ever the other one is. But i suppose thats the case with most races
I certainly dont have the confidence to attempt something like Borrowdale for a long time yet!

Don't know why Ian, must have had a brain storm :eek: as I was filling in the forms. Rushed the new lap top and email facility to make sure the details were up to date for next year. ce la vie.

This is relevant in the 2009 Trunce series (9 races) starting in March, Broomhead Chase in July and Tanky's Trog in December

I notice in this years handbook that the Mallerstang Yomp 7th June is listed as 4352 feet ascent. Previously it's listed as 3600 feet. Can anyone shed any light on this? I doubt it's a new route , has it just been remeasured?

Our handbooks still haven't arrived!!!!

Feck it, can't sit by and watch young Fowler talk nonsense, i did Duddon last year and ended up the last person out of the start field after a pony fell and banged its head on a wall, me and some others gave assistance and were dead last. Still made the cutoffs comfortably. You did that Coniston run with me Al, and left me trailing going up old man.
Listen to me and daz, you could do Borrowdale now, and besides its a long time yet to August.

Yes Sir. Duddons also on my club championship so i could maybe have a bash at either this year.

Im just about to get some nuun tablets ordered also and hoping to try them out for White Holme.
