I suspect the scales did some rounding - perhaps she was just above 9.5lbs and is now just below 9.5lbs... Or maybe the first time I copped her pre-poop and the second post-poop, who's to know :o
Anyway, the Purina Light is either doing what it says on the tin (bag) or she just doesn't like it very much!!
She doesn't look any thinner, still a furry barrel on legs

Re: Overweight Confessions
Just testing my spreadsheet and how best to load it on to posts.

Haha! Perhaps wormstone. Apparently it is good for your teeth too...

Re: Overweight Confessions
Went for a weigh in today, then realised that slightly changing the postion of my feet changed the reading on the (very expensive) scales by about three pounds. So not even sure if my original weight was correct.
Off to buy some cheap scales now.

Thats a bit better. I'll keep this up to date and provide stats periodically. The spreadsheet should come in handy especially once we've had 3 or 4 weigh ins
Edit: Sorry OHW the chart doesn't include your 2 pounds lost. Rest assured I have it clocked though.

Re: Overweight Confessions
I have inadvertantly lost 2lb...oh go on then...I'm joining in with you lot....it's catching!
MG = 5' 9" and was 9st 11lb/137lb and is now 9st 9lb/135lb
(I was 9st 4lb/130lb a few months ago before I stopped running and starting eating christmas fayre so lets see if I can get back there ;))
Oh and I have been to the gym followed by a green tea and a hoummous, salad and all kinds of sprouting things wrap!
See it's not all chocolate and wine! :p

Re: Overweight Confessions
I'm working away and don't have access to any scales until Wednesday night....
Phew.... :o

Re: Overweight Confessions
I like the title - most encouraging. Nothing like seeing it all official on the spreadsheet, makes you want those numbers to tumble. Looking forward to being a sleek smart arse in the spring.

Re: Overweight Confessions
ahh i have put 4 pounds on! now weigh 150pounds!!!

Only got yourself to blame........mucking around on the Parachute in this weather! :D:wink:

Re: Overweight Confessions
My silly electronic scales give me different readings dependent on where I place them.
Having gone up to 206 lbs after the initial weigh in I'm now back down to 200 lbs. Not worried about the weight so long as I get rid of the excess fat.

Plan was to put on weight (to get fm 12 -> 12.5st) but 'pon weighing myself found I was already 12.5st, but made up of mince pies n shizzle. Now plan is to keep me c12.5st, but get back down fm nearly 20% fat, to 15%.

Re: Overweight Confessions
Struggling this morning. Not sure if I'm tired after three weeks of decent training or have MANflu coming on but I'm toying with a bacon buttie for breakfast :o

Well a little treat every now and then is acceptable DT :D
I had muesli though myself :closed:

Porridge, yoghurt, grapefruit, &...

(Not to mention, an evening's free wine & beer:eek:)

Who's eaten Stolly's spreadsheet.

Its still there. But anyway here's another updated one ordered with best 'losers' at the top (which makes a change from fell race results).

Soldering? Does that help? I will get the soldering iron on :D

Re: Overweight Confessions
This is my best performance to date, apart from winning the cake competition at the 2009 Gravy Pud race. And, I'm ahead of OHW's cat! Nice herbal tea for elevenses, camomile and lavender - better than a latte.
-
Re: Overweight Confessions
I've stayed at exactly 183lb but didn't plan on doing anything until yesterday so hopefully I should start losing some now!

I'm obviously off the pace today, what with this blunder (where's Spelling Bee when you need her?) plus omitting various folks off my amended list :o

I'm off today too. I had a small piece of birthday cake...it was home made and looked so nice! :p I'll have to do the 10 mile run tonight instead of tomorrow :o.

Re: Overweight Confessions
I am going to cram 5 miles into my lunch break. Not looking forward to it! I am in far too much of a bad mood

Good luck with that one.
I once tripped over on a pavement when running in a rage...it didn't do my hands and wrists any good! On the upside you should burn more cals running cross as your pulse will be up and you'll probably run faster!
-
Re: Overweight Confessions
Been punished for my greed at breakfast by a crappy 'fancy' finger food type buffet lunch. None of which was nice.

Definitely had the latter effect Stef  Almost FIVE MINUTES quicker than last week!
Needs to be. I am working away Thursday and Friday, food provided.... Could put back on my 2 lbs....

Re: Overweight Confessions
I'm going to weigh in again shortly. Did 6000 ft or so of climbing in Snowdonia in Monday so I may well have lost a lb or 2.
I'm then going to have a sasuage and egg butty for lunch.
-
Re: Overweight Confessions
It's all about balance Will.Race ;)
When is the next Official Weigh in?? Is it at the end of the month? (Could be bad - RETOX weekend is 29th and 30th when I have 2 birthday parties to go to!)
