On the positive side I've got some Hoka One One Bondi b's, they're that comfy my legs feel like I've done nowt, may wear them for the second half of the L100, if I get that far. Be positive man, of course you will:)

I pootled round a 55 min run through sodden cow trodden fields. Great work on the legs and the cowshit and mud combination has doen wonders for my skin.
