Oh this year just gets better and better for gigs. I can now add the mighty Sleep to the upcoming gig list. So that'll be Sleep, The Melvins and Sunn 0))) all within days of each other and then Eyehategod a couple of months later. Happy days.

Good choice with Carcass, though I would have gone with incarnated solvent abuse.....

Amazing live, was very pleased I got to see them. Bill Steer now plays in one of my mates bands. Still find that a bit strange to this day.
I nearly did put incarnated in, saw them at Wacken,:), that's pretty cool and Bill Steer, which band? Gentleman's Pistols?
Thats the one
Kishi Bashi is my current favourite. The unpromisingly-titled new album '151a' is very good.
If you start listening to this, stick with it. It becomes increasingly interesting.

I watched that Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers documentary last night. Never really been interested in them, but after hearing that third album I rushed 'out' (...to Amazon!!) and bought it!!! BBC 4 has some great music programmes.
Can't remember if I've posted this before, can't be arsed to check.
