Weather for tommorow is looking good if not a bit breezy but from the south which means that long drag to ribblehead will be wind behind. Guess whos going to go to fast :D . I'm expecting to be on for sub 3:30 at ribblehead then die a slow painful death and hopefully get under 3:50. 3:56 last year. Just hope my wave harriers hold out I've had to glue the sole back on this week :eek:
Van parked in my street this week with over 900 goody bags inside, won't let me have a look, but they are fill with allsorts. Just like to say thanks to the organizers and marshalls I know they have been working like mad this week, they have taken time off work and put a lot inti this event, Cheers everyone.

The nerves have now kicked in, the knees and ankles are twinging and I feel as if I'm going down with a cold. It means I'm ready to run :D
Will be in the 4:30 pen too, although I'm hoping to do a sub 4:30 if all goes well.
