Will do Mudlugger watch the cramp, plenty of salt

Does anyone know whether spectators are aloud part way up the climb on Wherneside.

I can't see that they can stop you spectating there. Thats going to be on eof the places I'll need some to tell me to stop being a soft bugger

as long as you don't hinder anyones progress you should be able to stand anywhere en route.

Excellent I'll be somewhere on Wherneside, cheering on Forumites.

Detritoius I'm not sure what you look like, but I'm happy to call you a soft bugger in return for the great advice you gave me last year;)

I cant believe how excited I am about watching a bloody race.

Im doing a 5k tonight also.
