5.5 miles and 1000 feet of ups and downs. A poodle up and around the Wessenden valley. The weather was a tad interesting.
21.1 miles on the road, cycle ways around Philly..
6:53 pace.. quite steady, strong breeze, undulating and only just above freezing so happy enough, pretty good splits, only was +7 min/mile was climbing over the Ben Franklin Bridge from NJ..
Steady run in woods with me torch. Making use of the hilly bits. 3.38 miles 39 mins followed by a cool down dog walk.
Legs feel well used at the moment!!

Nice out there today, shame the rest of today is going to involve Excel. And far to much copy + paste.
Steady 10.... 8 min miling.. legs felt tired, mainly all road. Off to Vermont now for 3 days skiing.. huge snow storm due tonight and tomorrow.. up to 2 foot of snow due, hopefully make good skiing..
Me and my mate did 17 miles and 1800 ft of climb mostly on forest tracks the top third in snow, we were going to do 20 miles but he wanted to turn back early, so I dropped him at home and did another 5 miles on trail plus 500ft of climb on my own.

Well what a weekend 50 mile in 18 hrs on BG route this was within 48 hr snow snow and more snow rescuing a dog on the way I did manage to lose waterproof jacket on black sail pass so if anyone finds one ,first time I have visited ennerdale /seathwaite interesting .very nice winters day in lakes on Friday the rest of time white out bit dodgy going down halls fell this morning the top covered in ice I left crampons in car catergory a climb apparently ,
4 miles steady run on Monsal trail :-)
An hour of score orienteering at Chopwell woods (speedy running but ballsed up my choices, followed by 5.5 loops of the Powerline loop on the XC bike. Nice day out all told.
