Postman has just delivered my vest.... very very green - sort of radioactive glow to it - now just need a race or two to show it off in:D

And a pleasure to meet you Alphin.....like I said, us ponies don't normally do a meet and greet in an underground car park but its one to chalk up to experience....welcome on board and I'm sure we'll bump into one another at a race before too long.

I'd like to say that strength and guile was used during the op, but after Fleeters hill session on thursday night I think I may be out of strength for some time :D

Aye, aye has fleeter been doing sneaky hills.....i suppose you've plenty of options in and around Oldham... are there any nice hills to rep and nice runs around there?

Plenty on our doorstep in Chew Valley, Saddleworth just 20mins drive for you FellMonster.....Give us a shout if you want a guided tour of the valley, out most days around The Chew :)

Sadly, all these names mean nout to me.....is there as much climb around Chew Valley that you can get 4900ft from a 12 mile run???? Yikes.....you must be up and down like a yo-yo

It was so embarrassing today at the inaugural running of The Blakey Blitz. (A fine run by the way, especially the long uphill finish). I think I shall have to disassociate my self from old Rice Pudding Boy. I can live with his Union Jack Buff and even his radioactive puke green Pony vest, but do you know what he did today?

He ran with a folded up race number!!:mad::eek:;)
