Could not resist temptation. 10 minutes around the park. Felt bloody good. :D And no bad reaction as yet. Better rest now though. Don't want to overdo it.:)
five miles over to great hill, boot camp style training with OH kicking my ass all the way trying to make me go faster ;) :D

13 miles at controllled heartrate (hopefully the HR I can sustain in the marathon next week)
Reasonably pleased with the result (6:26 pace) as the effort seemed to be well within my comfort zone.
I wonder if i should aim for a slightly higher average HR or stick with the plan? after all it's gonna be 13 miles more than today. TBH the hills around Windermere are gonna play havoc with any plan to run at a steady HR anyway but I need to get this sorted so I can run an autumn (flatter) marathon knowing exactly what to be aiming for.
