well due to purchase of above bike, pennies are a little limited and water and bread are the order of the day!

A couple of decent bike rides, couple of swims and a fell race sunday morning.

No beer plans, I seem to have lost the going out bug, getting up at 5:30 in the week just makes me want to go to bed early at weekends....:(
