end of season ice climbing pal, been a few times, Rjukan! but beer is £8 a pint!
it was Sun festival on Sat to mark the return of sun to the valley no sun for 6 months omg everybody was pi$$ed, one guy we got chatting to on fri night was in fancy dress and when we met him again on sun he was still in same outfit, had not been home.

I can't compete with that scenery Boy Wonder but my FP vest had it's debut outing tonight at Liver Hill, beautiful evening and scenery all the same :)

Well, you will all be dreadfully slow and hanging on for dear life at the back then, as I have not run properly since mid February... so will be running the Anni waltz on cycling fitness... :D

Well look out for my lil fat pony. I'm not running but I will be on Hyndscarf marshalling. I should be easy to spot ;)

Think I might also turn out for a trot round Pendle. I had a crack at that tarmac stuff. I'm shite at that as well!
