do you mean follow the beck down from blind cove and i presume checkpoint 6 is just above little cove and not hole in the wall as suggested on another thread?

West side of the beck is the best side to be on, drop off just after the worst of the crags. Would be quite easy with good vis but I wouldn't know about that!

I was wondering about that too as GR373160 is down as 'wall stile' and nowhere near Hole in the Wall.

Many many thanks to the organiser(s) and marshalls battling the weather for us.
A great race, my first 10 mile fell race since the Long Mynd last year so found it quite tough, but it's great to be back on the fells after injury and op.
I'd never thought about this until I realised that I'm up here anyway for the Helvellyn Tri on Sunday, so thought I'd just sneak this cheeky race in beforehand.
Thanks again, great fun, and showed up my rubbish navigation and fitness, but I will get better!
