A fantastic day out despite the massive casualty list. I hope Pat's ankle and Roy's hamstring are okay and that Spot the staffie didn't get lost.... again. And I especially hope everyone really enjoyed the ice wall climbing up Bowfell ;)

It was the first time I'd played last man standing on a run in the lakes and when the two us reached the top of bowfell I thought. Hmmmm I'm in the final!!!! The grade one climb with the step kicking was icing on cake for me I loved it. Told you that piccy on top would be a cracker :) all in all a good andiinteresting day out, not the average reccie il give you that stolly :thumbup: did that pic of me on top of bowfell come out if so could you send me it :D
Great day out, it was nice to meet all you guys and girls. I hope Pat and Roy are on the mend soon. I knew I should have packed the ice axe,:o using rocks to cut foot holes is hard work. Does anybody know if you can get Katholos for dogs???? Harry and Igg would have liked a pair yesterday.;)
